Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus and a slew of other pop stars will be descending on Brooklyn for the first ever MTV Video Music Awards at the new Barclays Center tonight (Aug. 25) and you can watch the arrivals live on TheImproper’s Live Stream. The red carpet arrivals begins at 6 pm Eastern and the awards show will kick off at 9 pm Eastern.
