Titled “Return to District 12,” the trailer opens with a shocked Katniss learning the fate of her home district. It’s been destroyed by the Capitol for her actions during the 75th Hunger Games. Plutarch, played by the late Philip Seymour Hoffman, can be heard speaking ominously in a voiceover. “No one else can do it,” he says. “We need to make this personal for her.”...
