Julianne Hough Explains All, From Black-Face to Joining DWTS Judges

Julianne Hough has a lot of explaining to do. In a new interview, she tells why she jumped from dancer to judge on ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars” and also explains how she ended up donning black face and the ensuing uproar over Halloween two years ago. Hough, 26, a two-time champion on the show, is back for Season 20, but this time she’ll judge instead of being judged. The move suited her, she says. She’s currently dating Washington Capitals hockey player Brooks Laich....
