Lupita Nyong’o and Chiwetel Ejiofor led a procession of stars at the Los Angeles premiere of “12 Years A Slave,” the Anglo-American film based on the travails of free black man Solomon Northup He was kidnapped and sold into slavery 20 years before the Civil War, but managed to escape and write a book about his experience. Ejiofor plays Northup in the film adaptation directed by Steve McQueen....
