Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill return as Jenko and Schmidt in a new 22 Jump Street trailer.

Channing Tatum’s and Jonah Hill’s characters, Jenko and Schmidt, have graduated from busting high school punks to tracking down drug-pushing college punks in the first new trailer for “22 Jump Street.”

The sequel picks up where “21 Jump Street” left off.

The original movie in turn, is a remake of the 1980s television show starring Johnny Depp as an undercover narc specializing in youth crime.

Tatum and Hill earned a sequel for the film after the original resonated with teens and grossed more than $200 million worldwide against a relatively modest $42 million production budget.

In the sequel, they face all of the problems of going undercover in high school with the added twist of modern-day college, like co-ed bathrooms, frat parties and freshman rush.

Directors Phil Lord and Chris Miller are back and Michael Bacall, who penned the original, writes the screenplay. Ice Cube also reprises his role as Captain Dickson, the head of the squad.

The trailer opens with an update on Jenko’s and Schmidt’s status from Deputy Chief Doug Hardy, including the reason why them moved across the street from 21 to 22 Jump Street. (The Koreans bought back the church.)

“You two sons a bitches are going to college,” says Ice Cube’s Capt. Dickson, who runs the Jump Street division.

The trailer like the movie, is non-stop sight gags and potty humor. Check it out below and follow TheImproper on Twitter for the latest movie news. “22 Jump Street” opens June 13, 2014.

Footnote: The trailer is red band largely because of salty language.
