Jennifer Lawrence covers the September issue of Vogue, it’s largest of the year.

Jennifer Lawrence has won the fashion sweepstakes. She covers the September issue of Vogue’s U.S. edition, the largest and most influential issue of the year for the fashion publication.

The cover signals Lawrence’s undisputed superstar status in fashion. Right, she won an Oscar, too, so it was quite a catch for the magazine as well.

But if you ask Jen, she knew it would happen even when she was laying in bed as young girl daydreaming about being famous.

Except her daydreams were more like premonitions, she tells the magazine.

“I’ve never said this before, because there is no way to say it without it being completely misunderstood, but ever since I was really little, I always had a very normal idea of what I wanted,” she explains.

“I always knew that I was going to be famous. I honest to God don’t know how else to describe it,” she adds.

“I used to lie in bed and wonder, Am I going to be a local TV person? Am I going to a motivational speaker? It wasn’t a vision. But as it’s kind of happening, you have this buried understanding: Of course.”

Nice to be blessed. Or do you believe in predestination like some religious sects, that our lives are already planned out for us before we are born?

In her Vogue shoot, Lawrence looks stunning in front of photographer Mario Testino, who captured Lawrence in designs from the fall 2013 Calvin Klein Collection. Lawrence is also the face of Miss Dior.
