Miley Cyrus lifted ratings on “Two and a Half Men” to a season high, but she had to show plenty of skin to draw the estimated 13.6 million viewers who tuned in the show. Miley plays an over-sexed teen who drives Walden crazy.
In one of the raciest scenes, Miley’s character “Missi,” a southern gal with a pronounced twang and an uninhibited libido, strips down to a bikini and slathers herself with suntan lotion.
Ashton Kutcher’s character Walden can barely contain himself as “Missi” works in the lotion and asks him to put some on her back. The dialogue is supercharged with sexual innuendo that always leads Walden hanging.
Missi explains her job as a dental assistant. “You do know what the lollipops are for don’t you?” she says suggestively.
“Well, I’m assuming…” But before Walden can reply, Missi chirps “Repeat business.”
The show scored 13.6 million viewers and a 4.0 rating in the highly sought-after 18- to 49-year-old demo. That’s a hefty 14 percent jump over last week’s show without Miley.
Miley is slated to return for a few more guest episodes, but at this rate NBC would be smart to give her a contract, not that she would accept one. She’s planning a tour next year and working on an album.
