Photos of Kate Middleton topless have been published once again in Italian magazine Chi, which released a sampling of Kate nude on its Web site, but reserved 50 more for the latest edition of its magazine.
The photos are of the same quality–grainy and blurred–as those published by French magazine Closer last week.
Chi editor-in-chief Alfonso Signorini, 48, played down the intrusiveness of the photos. “These pictures are not offensive or in poor taste, they are not morbid and they do not damage the dignity of anyone,” he said.

Kate Middleton is caught in a royal uproar over topless photos of her published in France. They follow publication of nude photos of Prince Harry partying in Las Vegas. Click the photo to see Kate topless.
The magazine has a long history of run-ins with the Palace. It published what it claimed was the last photo of Princess Diana alive after the 1997 car accident that took her life. She was pictured sitting in her car receiving oxygen.

Prince William, Kate in First Royal Scandal
Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge and future Queen of England, was photographed while on vacation with Prince William at the Chateau D’Aulet, a sprawling 640-acre estate in Provence, France, owned by the Queen’s nephew.
A photographer who saw and photographed the royal couple at the sprawling estate told London’s Daily Mail that both were clearly visible from a nearby public road. Other public areas were even closer, and a number of local people in the area could seem them, said the photographer, who did not take topless pictures.
If the public had a clear view of the Duke and Duchess, the royal couple had to be able to see them, too. Then why were they so cavalier about their state of dress, or undress?
It’s unknown, at the moment, what action, if any the Palace plans against the magazine, which is own by former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi.
Signorini claims to have 200 photographs, some allegedly more lurid than those already published.
Meanwhile, Kate and William are continuing their Southeast Asian tour on behalf of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee. Check out the photos above and click here to follow TheImproper on Twitter for more updates on the Duke and Duchess.
