Rihanna is one of the hardest working women in show business, often putting her health at risk by working hard and partying harder. But a new report claims she’s more out of control than ever since she got back together with R&B singer Chris Brown.
Rihanna was back in New York after jetting around Europe on her 777 Tour. She gave seven concerts in seven days while flying around on a new Boeing 777 Dreamliner aircraft.
The Big Apple was her last stop, and by then, some of her staff were apparently fed up with her. The tattled to the New York Daily News that she’s more haywire than ever.
Rihanna Sexy Tweets Light Up Twitter
“She’s always been unpredictable, but it’s worse than ever,” says the source, adding that “more than one” staffer is looking to bail on the 24-year-old singer. Rihanna’s don’t-give-a-damn attitude extends to meetings that she schedules and reschedules and still fails to attend. But recently it’s gotten worse because of the “Chris Brown situation.”
“She puts her family and [Brown] above everything else,” and “it really can affect relationships and commitments, and make her and everyone else look bad. People are fed up,” the source claimed.
TheImproper reported on Nov. 12, that she dwells incessantly on their on-off relationship to the point that she is neglecting everything else. She complained about being sick on Twitter on Sunday (Nov. 25)
“When Chris is messing her around she loses all interest in normal life,” the friend said. “She doesn’t look after herself and she acts out. She’s always on edge, texting Chris constantly; it’s like there’s no one else in the world who she’ll listen to.”
But her supporters note that Rihanna just wrapped her seventh album in seven years, outpacing Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, Nikki Minaj, Katy Perry and just about every other pop star. On top of that she’s made a slew of personal appearances, product endorsements and even filmed a movie.
Not to mention posting photos online virtually non-stop. “If anything she has neglected everything and everyone including Chris Brown for her album,” said one supporter.
But there is some concern that Rihanna’s and Brown’s behavior may be self-reinforcing. After hurling invective over Twitter at comedian Jenny Johnson for her remarks about his 2009 assault, he justified it by adding, “Just ask Rihanna if she mad??????”
