Cissy Houston, who is deeply religious, believes the couple are engaging in what amounts to incest, even though Gordon is not a blood relative of the Houston’s.

Whitney never formally adopted him either. But she took him in when he was just 12-years-old and always treated him like a son. Bobbi, 19, called him her brother, and Nick called Bobbi his sister growing up, according to gossip site TMZ.

The two were alleged to have kept their relationship a secret. But now that Bobbi’s famous mother has died, she’s apparently going public with the relationship. She and Gordon were recently spotted giving each other more than a sibling kiss during a lunch in Atlanta Tuesday. (See Video)

Cissy is reportedly so dismayed she is taking steps through her late-daughter’s estate to force Nick, 22, out of Whitney’s house, which he is currently sharing with Bobbi Kristina.

Cissy considers Nick a bad influence, and she’s trying to protect Bobbi, who was reportedly been a wild child while Whitney was alive. Cissy already has called in her lawyers in the event Gordon refuses to leave the house.

In an interview yesterday (Mar. 14) with ABC, Gordon denied the two are dating. “We’re just close — just going through her mom’s passing and grieving together,” he said.

Gordon has also been combative about the issue on Twitter. “Yeah, we got a little closer and what!!!” he wrote after posting a photo of them together.

“All the haters that don’t know us or the real story can’t unfollow me. I don’t give a f**k. I’ve proved my loyalty to her and the Houston family. I don’t owe any of you anything. Ha, I don’t even know y’all haters.”

“For the stupid ppl out there, she gave birth to 1 child. And she trusted me with EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!” he added.
