Former Playboy model and ex-Hugh Hefner girlfriend Kendra Wilkinson is back in the skin game. A new sex tape, her second, is purportedly making the rounds, this time, with Kendra in some girl-on-girl action.

“The girls are laughing at first, and the guys are encouraging them to kiss each other. They started kissing while giggling and then things got hotter,” a source tells gossip site radaronline.

“It’s a long tape, about 45 minutes. And there is nothing left to the imagination,” the source said.

The video shows Wilkinson, former boyfriend Justin Frye and Wilkinson’s friend, Taryn Ryan locked in various heated embraces, according to radaronline.

Wilkinson is married to Hank Baskett with child now, and reportedly has been trying to climb the ladder of respectability.

But the new tape, if reports are true, likely has her fingerprints all over it.

In another video released just about a year ago, Wilkinson performs various sex acts with Frye. The video was shot before her Playboy days and her boob job.

Porn purveyor Vivid Entertainment released the tape, titled “Kendra Exposed,” last May.

“Kendra and Taryn started fooling around and then Kendra wanted the light turned off,” the source tells radar.

“But the camera that was recording them had night vision, so it looks like the Paris Hilton porn tape. Everything is completely clear.”

Wilkinson, of course, expressed her outrage and humiliation when the first tape hit the streets, but reportedly pocketed $680,000 from the tape’s sale and actively marketed it herself.

Kendra is best known for her stint on the E! reality-television show “The Girls Next Door.”

It featured her life as one of Hefner’s three simultaneous girlfriends.

She has appeared in three nude pictorials with “Girls Next Door” costars and fellow Hefner girlfriends Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt.

Hef cut the girls loose in 2008, and Kendra went on to marry Baskett on June 27, 2009 at the Playboy Mansion.
