The video shows off yet another side of the country music, turned pop star.
She’s more womanly, sensual and simply arresting as she sings about an off-again, on-again relationship symbolized by broken shards of a mirror.
The video is also more conceptual than her most recent clip for revenge song “Blank Space,” or her bouncy uptempo video for “Shake It Off.” So far, each song has shown a different facet of her personality, while focusing on relationships.
According to various reports, the song was inspired by her rocky relationship with One Direction singer Harry Styles.

They were hot and heavy around Christmas and New Year’s last year, but broke up abruptly while on vacation in January a year ago while visiting Richard Branson’s Necker Island.
The video was timed for New York Fashion Week and debuted this morning on ABC’s “Good Morning America.”
Swift is making inroads in fashion and recently released her latest photos for her Keds line of sneakers. She’s all legs in the campaign.
For the record, Kyle Newman directed the video and actor Dominic Sherwood plays Swift’s lover.
