Poehler, 43, appeared last night on the “Late Show with David Letterman,” and the two got to talking about retirement.

Dave will retire from his long-running show next year and be replaced by Stephen Colbert from Comedy Central.
“Parks & Rec” network NBC revealed in March that the show would air for its seventh and final season in 2015. Poehler plays Leslie Knope, a upbeat bureaucrat the Pawnee, Indiana parks and recreation department.
The show debuted in April 2009 and has had a successful run. Poehler won a Golden Globe for Best Actress in a Television Series, Musical or Comedy an the show was nominated for best comedy series.

The show’s ensemble cast includes Rashida Jones, Aziz Ansari, Nick Offerman, Aubrey Plaza, Paul Schneider, Chris Pratt, Adam Scott, Rob Lowe, Jim O’Heir and Retta.
“I have to say I’m not very good at endings,” she told Letterman. “So I fear I’m going to misbehave a little bit.”
