Jon Stewart plumbs the depths that Democrats will go to raise funds while at the same time decrying the influence of money on the electoral process. Republicans on the other hand, don’t give a sh*t; they just want the money.

President Obama, who has been criticized for missing intelligence briefings, seems to have plenty of time to hit the fundraising circuit.

He attended a star-studded bash at the Hollywood home of Gwyneth Paltrow for a fundraiser and attended another fundraiser hosted by real estate mogul Rich Richman.

“And then of course there are the emails,” Stewart said, referring to the constant bombardment of likely millions of in-boxes.

The Democrats are so desperate they are even raffling off chances to meet the President.

Donors can enter for as little as a $5 donation. (Don’t think about winning). Normally, guys like Richman pay thousands of dollars for the same privilege.

“With a frequency and desperation matched only by a Nigerian prince selling a Groupon deal for boner pills, the Democrats and the emails will not stop trying to make you give them money,” says Stewart.
